SHIPMENT METHOD AND CHARGE

Shipment Insurance
In the event of loss or damage to your shipments, the compensation is limited by the terms and conditions of carriage.
DHL offers Shipment Insurance and Extended Liability as optional services available to all customers.
For an additional charge of insuring your shipment is 2500JPY.
The insurance covers the actual value of your shipment in the unlikely event that it gets damaged or lost in our care.

Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on estimated average weights for each of your ordered items, not their actual weights.
This company policy only applies to our closet child online shop;

(※1) to our other shops such as closet child cd, dolly teria, ainahaina, and closet child men’s clothing.
Final and actual shipping charges are calculated after packing,determined by the actual weight of your package so actual shipping fees may be different from the shipping fee you paid at checkout.
Please be warned that if you choose Registered Small Packet shipping method and the actual package weight or dimension(※2) goes over Registered Small Packet limits, we are unable to ship the package.
If the weight is too heavy, you can change your order in the following three ways::
1. change the shipping method to EMS and pay the difference of the shipping cost.
2. remove items to make the package less than 2000g.
3. keep Registered Small Packet shipping method but divide the package into multiple packages and pay the additional shipping cost.
(※1) For our other shops, we ask our customers to pay a shipping deposit at the checkout. After we find out the actual and correct shipping fee, we will send the invoice for the additional shipping fee.
(※2) If the size is too big, there is no way to ship the package unless the big item is removed or changed to the EMS shipping method.
