- Q: Can I order something from the Closet Child blog?
- A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to order items that are posted on our blog.
- Q: Can you look in your store for this item for me?
- A: No, unfortunately at this time online orders are limited to the items listed in our online shop. Please wait for the item to be uploaded or visit one of our stores.
- Q: Can I email Closet Child with a question I have about something?
- A: Yes! Please be patient as it may take a few business days to respond due to large volume of requests. We promise to reply to you as soon as possible.
- Q: How often are new items uploaded to the online store?
- A: We add new items around 7PM Japan time. Sale items are uploaded whenever the sale starts, so it could be any day!
- Q: The order form won't accept my entries for phone number and zip code. What do I do?
- A: Unfortunately, our system won't accept full-width Roman numerals, so please change your keyboard setting (IME, etc.) so that you can enter half-size numerals. For example, 123-456-7890 is not acceptable. However, 123-456-7890 should work. (Notice the size difference in the numbers)
