Our Returns Policy
Since our products are used items purchased from general customers, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to minor stains, spots, etc.
Because these are used products, there may be cases where the accessories are missing from a set, dress, blouse, etc.
Please be sure to check the item image and description prior to purchase.
(In the online store, accessories not shown in the product images are not included.)
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons such as changing your mind or purchasing the wrong size.
We ask for your understanding.
In case of damage to the product:
If you find damage such that the item cannot be worn or used after purchase or upon arrival,
Please contact us by e-mail, telephone, or visit the store where you purchased the item within 7 days of receipt.
(Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product/s when purchasing by cash on delivery.
After contacting us, you can either ship back the item or bring the item to the store where it was stocked at.)
*If the product is returned more than 7 days after arrival,
We will not be able to repair or return the defective product.
